Casa Bosques is a chocolate-making company devoted to exploring the history, methods, origins, and culture of chocolate. Each season, it releases its own chocolate collections, while also featuring a special collaboration. Sourced from small ranches throughout México—primarily in Chiapas and Tabasco—Casa Bosques works with rare and special cacao varieties, including white Criollo and Trinitario beans. Single origin, organic, and fair trade, these beans are carefully nurtured from tree to bar, allowing close involvement at every step. Casa Bosques crafts chocolate with the same care as the farmers who cultivate and harvest each heirloom bean.

DATE CARAMEL: This is not your classic caramel. Crafted from fresh Medjool dates and cashew cream, slowly macerated together for 24 hours to create a rich, naturally sweet indulgence. *** Ingredients: organic cacao, organic cane sugar, organic medjool dates, organic cashews, organic coconut nectar, organic yacon syrup, cacao butter, vanilla bean, orange peel, sea salt. 

COFFEE CARDAMOM: An unorthodox dark, crunchy chocolate, distinguished by the smooth, balanced, and caramelly notes of Guatemalan coffee beans with woody spicy notes from cardamom – deep, rich and stimulating.

BLACK TOASTED SESAME CACAO NIB: The Black Toasted Sesame Seed Chocolate uses all parts of the cacao, including the nib and the crunchy shell, the interior and exterior, to create an economy of taste and crunch. This chocolate is slightly bitter, and with the smokiness of the black toasted sesame seeds, its pleasant acidity hits the back of the tongue.
