Ramalhete Cloud Platter

Handmade ceramics from Portugal.  This is a truly special piece - a beautifully hand-painted tray with blue floral pattern in a unique cloud shape - for serving something as delicious as this tray.  The bottom is a warm terracotta glaze.

Casa Cubista was founded in Olhao, Portugal, a bustling fishing port on Portugal's Algarve coast.  The name 'cubista' comes from the unusual whitewashed and tiled cubist style of buildings found in the alleys and streets of the old town.  All pieces are made by local artisans and businesses, including one of Casa's founders.
