Ethiopia Chelbesa: In this lot from the Chelbesa washing station, we taste a SUPERLATIVE Ethiopia coffee. Everything we like about the region’s magic is here; lively citrus notes dance, a beguiling body + flavor that sings like a high-end black tea and a wraparound sweetness that lingers neatly without being too cloying.
Brazil São Luiz: This year's São coffee glides in effortlessly on a well-appointed cloud throne, waving kindly and smiling lightly; stately but approachable, lush but not cloying, superlative but not oppressive. Sensory notes include; honey, graham crackers, fig drizzle, butterscotch, classy, layered, lingering, special.

Ethiopia Elala: It’s a lovely washed community coffee from Sidama. There’s a BIG jasmine flower aroma, an acidity that shifts between peach and lime flavors (!) and its overall presence is airy and breezy. Perfect brewed hot or over ice!
Honduras Isaias Fernandez: This lot of Isaias’ parainema coffee reminds us of leaping off a risky cliff in the summer heat - a dive into CRISP, natural water buoyed by a light, airy sweetness, an herby/floral dunk into freshwater, capped off with a quenching, exotic soda to celebrate long-missed adventures.
